Nine of Cups — A Little Forever

Reader's note

Upright, the Nine of Cups is the wish card, and in A Little Forever the wish is modest: a spare key, a standing invitation, people who notice when you are late. Reversed, the wish is granted and you do not quite trust it yet. I read this one by the shortest candle I own, because the burn is slow and the room gets warm before you notice. Keep it with the Pentacles; this kind of forever is built, not found.
